Position: Media Coordinator Location: F-52, Sector-8, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201 301 Compensation: Salary Compensation will be up to 30,000 CTC per month. Joining: Should be able to join within a 15 days\xe2\x80\x99 time upon selection Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the foundation\'s goals and target audience. Manage and maintain the foundation\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to drive user engagement and increase foundation visibility. Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience to build a positive brand image Daily management and administration of the Media and Public Relations works Consistent delivery of media/PR strategies, advice and services to all project teams Proactive identification of opportunities to promote the Foundation in the media Assorted collage of good quality pictures and media clips Movie on all projects Content Development both in Hindi/English for Foundations publication and website Website management SMO (Social Media Optimization) Propagation of events/activities on social media like FB, Twitter, Blog etc. Responsible for preparing project reports, newsletters, articles and other publications. Writing regular features on all projects being run by the organization. Build a good rapport with local reporters paving way for publishing features of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s achievement. Arranging press releases in well-established Papers/ Channels. Covering of the events, public programmes, campus that are being conducted for various projects & documenting it. Create & maintain database of media outlets. Shall have to manage video shoots, edits and finalization Applying for various social development awards Publication of articles on various platforms Tie/up & creation of database of all print/electronic media. Establish powerful relationships with key external stakeholders including, journalists, broadcasters and producers, digital and print publishers Collecting & Writing of case studies/ success stories / centre feature/ impact outcome by visiting the project locations along with good pictures Writing & publishing articles on various media like magazine, CSR networks etc. Minimum Qualification, knowledge and experience: Post Graduate with minimum 3 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in feature writing, reporting, documentation & other media related works. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience in a similar position with a reputed NGO will be desirable. Experience with social media advertising and campaign management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
