The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as a strong understanding of computer science and programming. Design and manufacturer custom control systems used in manufacturing, delivery, and manufacturing processes 3. Develop schematics, logic diagrams, and other control diagrams 4. Develop, test, and trouble-shoot PLC/SCADA systems 5. Design and manufacture custom electro-mechanical components 6. Design and manufacture custom industrial cabling, wiring, and wiring devices 7. Develop and maintain engineering drawings 8. Perform other duties, as assigned Mechatronics Engineer Duties: 1. Design and fabricate electromechanical and robotic systems 2. Develop mechanical and electromechanical prototypes 3. Assist in designing and developing advanced test equipment for sensing systems 4. Perform design calculations for systems 5. Conduct research, analysis, and studies 6. Write and submit reports 7. Understand mechanical and electromechanical principles and their application 8. Working knowledge of electronic circuits 9. Knowledge of sensors and actuators 10. Knowledge of computer hardware and software design and applications 11. Knowledge of automated control systems 12. Knowledge of test equipment procedures and test methodologies 13. Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems 14. Familiar with CAD and drafting software-Knowledge of CAD/CAM and CNC equipment 15.
