Mechanization Specialist YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To work with Venture teams to execute mechanization plans, including data-driven solutions during cropping season. To utilize agronomic knowledge to ensure that mechanization practices address the needs of farmers and aligns with the goals of venture teams. To interact with farmers, field officers and operation team to improve venture mechanization journey. To work with venture teams to optimize farm equipment performance, resource utilization, and crop yield outcomes. To facilitate and provide hands-on training and support to farmers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Agriculture industry, with a focus on farm equipment. Understanding of agronomy practices and their application to mechanized farming. Experience in data science, including data analysis and modeling, preferably in an agricultural context. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
