We are a fast-growing realty company. The MD who is a serial entrepreneur, who has efficiently managed businesses up to 100Million USD, he currently manages and operates multiple entities from Realty, infra, Data sciences and not just limited to the stated.??

We are currently engaged in projects in Telangana, Jangaon & Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Orissa and Mangalore, and more projects adding periodically to all our companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Conduct regular inspections of all construction machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including lubrication, adjustments, and parts replacement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Ensure timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Predict potential equipment failures and take proactive measures.

3. Equipment Management:

• Monitor equipment performance and usage.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are compliant with safety standards.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement of parts and services.

4. Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure safe working conditions.
• Provide training and guidance to operators on equipment handling and safety procedures.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
• Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and downtime.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth workflow and equipment availability.

6. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and equipment performance.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
