Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solidworks Drafter/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating detailed 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using Solidworks. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop accurate and efficient designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models and assemblies in Solidworks based on specifications and requirements.
• Generate detailed technical drawings and blueprints for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Modify and revise designs to accommodate changes in project scope or manufacturing processes.
• Perform tolerance analysis and ensure that all designs meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of bills of materials (BOMs) and other project documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest Solidworks features and industry trends to improve design efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solidworks Drafter/Designer.
• Proficiency in Solidworks and other CAD software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with [mention specific industry-related experience, such as piping systems, automotive, aerospace, etc.].
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
