Working as Shift Incharge and handling my team for required preventive & breakdown of mechanical and hydraulic maintenance of all machines and parts of 20 stand 2 high continuous type rolling mill.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic.
Pneumatic system maintenance.
Integrated Maintenance system (Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Maintenance Control and Spares Management) for Gear Boxes, Roller table, Furnaces, Cooling Beds and Maintenance of Machines.
Planning & Modification for reducing breakdown and to avoid delay times.
Inspection of the equipment as per the Maintenance plans.
Job Planning and material management.
