Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Helper

Location: RAASVIN Rubbers Pvt Ltd, Sehatganj, Raisen, Madhya Pradesh

Department: Maintenance

Reports To: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary: The Mechanical Maintenance Helper will assist in the maintenance, repair, and installation of machines and equipment. This role requires a basic understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work under the guidance of experienced mechanics to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.

Support mechanics in troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing preventive maintenance.

Help in the inspection of mechanical components, such as pumps, motors, and conveyors.

Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Document maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

ITI diploma in Mechanical or a related field.

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and components.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills:

Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment.

Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position.

May require working outside regular business hours.

Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting heavy items.

Salary: Monthly salary between Rs,10,000/- to Rs. 18,000/-
