•Position:• Maintenance Manager

•Qualifications:•B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

•Experience:•

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance management within the automobile industry, specifically in machining and forging operations.

•Area of Expertise:•

- CNC (Computer Numerical Control)

- VMC (Vertical Machining Centers)

- Grinding

- Drilling

•Job Responsibilities:•

1. •Maintenance Management:•

- Oversee the maintenance of all machinery and equipment, including CNC, VMC, grinding, and drilling machines.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

2. •Team Leadership:•

- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team.

- Ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

3. •Troubleshooting and Repairs:•

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with machinery.

- Perform or oversee repairs to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on production.

4. •Preventive Maintenance:•

- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

5. •Resource Management:•

- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
