Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting various mechanical tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all testing procedures. The Mechanical Lab Technician will collaborate with engineers and other team members to support research and development activities. Responsibilities: Conduct Mechanical Tests: Perform a variety of mechanical tests on materials, components, and finished products according to established standards and protocols. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain a range of mechanical testing equipment and instrumentation, ensuring accurate and reliable test results. Data Collection and Analysis: Record and analyze test data, noting any deviations or abnormalities. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing test results and observations. Calibration: Regularly calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Quality Control: Implement and adhere to quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of testing processes and data. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to support ongoing projects and research initiatives. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of testing activities, equipment maintenance, and calibration schedules. Qualifications:

• B. Tech / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Lab Technician or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical testing methods and procedures.
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols.
• Proficient in the use and maintenance of mechanical testing equipment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
