Qualification: ITI certification in Fitter trade.

Experience : A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.

•Key Responsibilities: •

• Conducting routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical problems with casting equipment.
• Performing preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Safely operating various hand and power tools to carry out repairs.
• Conducting regular inspections of casting machinery and equipment to identify defects or malfunctions.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Disassembling and reassembling machinery components for maintenance or replacement.
• Ensuring all equipment meets safety and quality standards.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Utilizing various hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts used and work performed.
• Following safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment for all personnel in the Cast House.
• A Mechanical Fitter in a Cast House is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of casting equipment, contributing to the overall productivity and success of the facility.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize tasks.
• Adhering to safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Continuously updating skills and knowledge to stay current with industry best practices and equipment advancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
