Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ITI Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and maintaining mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery. This role requires expertise in interpreting blueprints, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble and fit mechanical components and systems based on engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe working order by conducting regular checks and replacing defective parts.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed to complete tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies on health and safety.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs and parts replaced.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as the electrical and mechanical teams, to support smooth operations.

Qualifications :

• Education : ITI certification in Fitter trade.
• Experience : 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of fitting techniques, mechanical systems, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Requirements :

• Physical fitness and ability to work in various industrial settings.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when necessary.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in fitting and maintenance.
• Electrical and welding skill will be added advantage
