What this job involves:
About the role

This position will be responsible for managing the below areas

Operations & Maintenance
Daily Reading and monitoring of Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
Maintenance of machines & equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
All type of Pumps.
Bearing Knowledge.
Knowledge of Conveyors, Packing line.
Working and handling calls in all three shifts.
Adherence of safety standard, 5S, Kaizen,
Competent Knowledge of Air Compressors.
Coordinating with contractors.
Ensuring availability of spares and consumables.
Cooling Towers,
LPG Ovens, Burners
Fire Hydrant Systems
Air Conditioning units, AHU\xe2\x80\x99s
Conveyors, Electrical Hoists, Weighing Balance units,
Vacuum Pumps
Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various Admin equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.
Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment and maintaining requisite documents for the same.
Initiating saving activity to control the operation cost of the organization.

5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Mechanical.
Qualifications is I.T.I, NCTVT and above
Hands-on experience on Pumps & other Mechnical equipments.
Strong mechanical Knowledge
Excellent people skills
MS Excel
Good Communication
