Execution - Mechanical (HVAC)

Minimum 5-7 Years & above Experience in HVAC Site execution Supervision for Industrial, Hospitality Resideciales and commercial buildings.

Requirements of the Job:

Mechanical - HVAC design calculations, drawings, specifications and tender documents

Participation in the progress and co-ordination meetings and maintaining meeting records

Preparing of Quantity Estimates

Ensuring compliance to all applicable codes

Experience in Site Supervision

Eligibly Criteria:

5-7 Years & above work experience in Mechanical - HVAC design on large scale Industrial, Hospitality and Commercial Buildings

Should be well conversant with AutoCAD, Word, Excel etc.,

Candidate must have design consultancy background.

Preferably from industrial execution background .

Experience in industrial utilities (like pneumatic, steam Piping etc.) Site execution & Supervision will be an added advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years & above of experience in Mechanical - HVAC site execution
