b. Experience 5 - 10 Years
c. Should be expert in AutoCAD Electrical & EBase
d. Should know about Engineering design of Medium Voltage & Low Voltage Switchgear Assembly or Products like Panelboard, LV MCC, PCC
e. Should know about UL, ANSI, NEMA standards on Switchgear Manufacturing
f. Should know about Switchboard Manufacturing, Shop floor processes
g. Should know ECN / MCN activity used in manufacturing process
h. Should have good communication skills
