You will work on meaningful projects such as developing and implementing maintenance strategies, conducting regular inspections, and providing technical support to maintenance teams. Your work will have a significant impact on the team, our customers, and Siemens Energy\'s mission by contributing to the smooth operation of mechanical assets and ensuring the safety and reliability of oil and gas production. You can expect to work in a collaborative and dynamic team culture that values innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.How You\'ll Make an Impact\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure reliable operation of mechanical equipment.\xc2\xb7 Handling of O&M manpower, scheduling shifts and job for workmen.\xc2\xb7 Coordination with Client at site for PTW and other compliances required for day-to- day activities.\xc2\xb7 Daily Progress Reports preparation and circulating within team, Job related Safety documentation required for Job.\xc2\xb7 Identification of hazards and risk involved in day-to-day activities and assessing control measures for a safe working environment.\xc2\xb7 Communication with Client, Contractors, SE Managers, Workmen regarding all activities done at site and preparing required documentation.\xc2\xb7 Conducting Toolbox talks, Trainings, Awareness sessions for day-to-day job activities and EHS.\xc2\xb7 Compiling all guidelines and inspection required for work performed at site and maintaining records.\xc2\xb7 Start/Stop/Changeovers of Compressor trains as per requirements of Gas Compression.\xc2\xb7 Responsible to ensure the availability of all compressor packages for operation.\xc2\xb7 Continues vigilant on Operation of Compressors and immediate action on Predictive and preventive maintenance.\xc2\xb7 Condition monitoring of equipment, maintaining records as per SE guidelines and Contractual requirements.\xc2\xb7 Scheduling of periodic Maintainance activities of Compressor trains and associated auxiliary as per OEM guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Inspection and Maintaining of EHS documentation required for site.\xc2\xb7 Preparation for site audits like Internal/Client/Technical/EHS/DGMS/OISD/Etc.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Maintainance Schedules, Performing on-hand job for compressor train schedule/Preventive/predictive/routine/Breakdown maintenance.\xc2\xb7 Handling of precision tools for measuring required dimensions of machinery parts and comparing with OEM standards.\xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting of issues in compressor train and preparation of failure analysis for issues.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Monthly reports, Monthly activities planning, maintaining records for spare parts, consumables, waste management.\xc2\xb7 Internal auditing of Tools, consumables, PPEs, and documentation.\xc2\xb7 Uploading all documentations related to site in SE internal servers.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for all jobs carried at site not only limited to mechanical activities.What You Bring\xc2\xb7 Minimum Qualification: B.Tech. / Diploma - Mechanical Engineering.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 Year working experience in O&M of gas plants. At least 02years of experience in operation and maintenance of Gas Engine driven Reciprocating Gas Compressor packages.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Operation, Maintenance and Commissioning of Compressors/ Pumps/Gas Engines should be familiar with instrumentation involved in Oil & Gas Process/Compression.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on handling precision tools, Condition monitoring of machinery, analysing and rectification of issues in Machinery.\xc2\xb7 Having good soft skills (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).\xc2\xb7 Basic Knowledge about EHS practice at Oil and Gas field.\xc2\xb7 Flexible for relocation and traveling, must have Telugu Language speaking skill.About the TeamWho is Siemens Energy?At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
