Job Description

Required Competencies:As the Technical Antenna, you are responsible for managing the communication between Engineering and the production plant.You are the first point of contact for outgoing and incoming requests, in addition to monitoring and reporting on release progress, below are the essential functions for the position.

• Coordinate products changes, and updates in conjunction with Continuous Engineering/Design Engineering

• Assist other departments such as Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing, on products related issues.

• Coordinate product tests to assure product life expectancy and agency standards compliance.

• Promote product improvements.

• Participate in new process introduction/Product transfer projects.

• Product/BOM audits looking for safety and functionality compliance.

• Be the site's representative with the product line of the business unit

• Be a partner in developing Processes with the project manager as well as drive Optimize Processes in the Plant (advise technical and industrial feasibility)

• Manage the components, tools & suppliers\' qualifications for the site.

• Committee of feasibility manager to decide the feasibility study for the customer requests out of the product standard features according to the delegation rules.

• Improve the technical knowledge of the plant, by conducting regular training for engineering, quality, and production.

• Ensure quick reaction of technical teams in order to reduce impact in production Assure technical team with high level of Skills and Competences for the range of products and/or technology to master.

QualificationsQualification & Experience:BE/B.Tech/Masters in Mechanical Engineering.8-10 years experience.Schedule: Full-time
