Job Description

• Creating general arrangement drawings, nozzle orientations, and detailed drawings for pressure vessels, storage tanks, condensers, columns, etc.
• Proficiency in generating 2D drawings for pressure vessels, piping layouts, and fabrication drawings in the refining industry.
• Developing plant layout and elevation drawings for shop floor operations.
• Producing final as-built drawings.
• Compiling Bill of Materials.
• Designing equipment layouts.
• Crafting PFDs & P&IDs.
• Understanding basic piping concepts and symbols.
• Conducting weight and volume calculations.
• Familiarity with ASME / API / TEMA codes.
• Knowledge of various materials used in vessels, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Certificate course in AutoCAD

Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Mechanical Draughtsman in an engineering company.

• Knowledge of Software: 2D AutoCAD is required.
• Candidates residing in the Western suburbs of Mumbai will be given preference.
• Must be a team player and self-starter.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
