Mechanical Designer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Design & CAD Modeling : Create CAD models, assembly drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks with expertise in Weldment, Sheet Metal, Simulation, Assembly, and FEA .
• Product Development : Design, improve, and repair machines based on feedback and ensure compliance with design specs.
• Quality Control : Inspect raw materials, vendor parts, and production output for accuracy and quality.
• Vendor & Production Support : Ensure vendor-supplied parts meet design tolerances and assist production teams with technical guidance.
• Reporting : Document and report product deficiencies, quality issues, and design errors.
Qualifications
• Experience : 4+ years in mechanical design or a related role.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in SolidWorks , CAD modeling, and manufacturing processes (turning, milling, welding, CNC).
• Soft Skills : Problem-solving, adaptability, and effective communication.
• Other Attributes : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
