This is your roleDesign and Development:xc2xb7 Develop mechanical designs for transformer components, including tanks, cooling systems, bushings, and other structural parts.xc2xb7 Create detailed 3D models and drawings using CAD software (e.g., Creo, Auto Cad or similar).Analysis and Calculations:xc2xb7 Perform thermal, structural, and vibration analysis to ensure designs meet operational and safety requirements.xc2xb7 Calculate mechanical stresses, tolerances, and clearances to ensure robustness.Compliance and Standards:xc2xb7 Ensure designs comply with international standards such as IEC, ANSI, or equivalent.xc2xb7 Conduct design validation and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.Documentation and Reporting:xc2xb7 Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, bill of materials (BOM), and test specifications.xc2xb7 Support production and quality teams with design-related insights and troubleshooting.Collaboration:xc2xb7 Work with electrical design teams to ensure alignment between electrical and mechanical aspects of transformers.xc2xb7 Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing teams for prototype development and mass production.Continuous Improvement:xc2xb7 Identify opportunities to enhance designs for cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and performance.xc2xb7 Stay updated on emerging technologies and materials in transformer mechanical design.We dont need superheroes, just super minds.xc2xb7 Bachelors / B-Tech degree in Mechanical Engineeringxc2xb7 3-12 years of experience in design of Core Frame & Connection (Internals) of power transformers.Weve got quite a lot to offer.
