Generate CAD Assembly and Drawings for ABS components in UG-NX, Teamcenter Generate Design concepts, Detailed design and release Manufacturing drawings Generate Bill of Material in SAP P99 Perform Tolerance Stack up and other Design calculations of ABS components Design and development of Jigs and Fixtures Execute Engineering Change Requests Support Design and Process FMEAs Create and Modify Offer drawing, Technical Customer Document, Order specification, Manufacturing and Test specifications Working together and Technical contact window for Simultaneous Engineering team comprising of international project team members, production plant, customers and suppliers Experience in creation of 3D/2D in UG-NX and Teamcenter Experience in preparing and maintaining BOM in SAP P99 Hands on experience in GDT and Tolerance stack up analysis Hands-on experience in design of Jigs and Fixtures Basic knowledge of mechanical design simulation Good working knowledge on Plastic and Sheet metal component design Good experience in different manufacturing processes (Machining, Forging, Staking, etc.) Ability to identify problems and root causes, being creative in problem solving and solutions Self-motivated and independent working capability Good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills Knowledge in Antilock Braking Systems, Components and Hydraulic circuits Exposure to New Product Development / Innovation Gate projects Hands-on experience in Cost reduction projects / proposals Hands-on experience in IQRM tool Japanese Language JLPT N5
