Hiring for Mechanical Design Engineer

Experience - 3 to 5 years.

Department: Mechanical Design (Automation)

Designation: Sr. Executive - Design.

About the Job:

1) Input Data Study & understand the requirement of customer.

2) 3D design of units & 2D drawings for SPM's, Spot & MIG Welding Fixtures, Robotic Cells & other equipment's in automation field with minimal mistakes & without any assistance.

3) Good Knowledge of Pneumatic items, Bought outs, its mounting & its use.

4) Manufacturing BOM, SAP BOM preparation.

5) Sub-unit & GA drawings preparation.

6) Foundation drawings, cycle time, layouts & Process.

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for quality of design & timely delivery of the assigned work.

2) Report to team leader for assigned work positively.

3) Maintain proper Data as per system & work accordingly.

4) Work in coordination with team to achieve goals.

5) He should know about basic engineering calculations such as calculating Weight, Centre of Gravity, Basic Strength of Material Selection. Material Properties etc

6) He should have Knowledge of the Manufacturing process & methods. Also having the Knowledge of Spot welding, Arc welding

7) Follow the Standards in the design process

8) Long term commitment is expected from an engineer.

9) Suggestion & Proposal for new ideas & technology.
