Job descpriptionAs a Design Engineer,Main Tasks:-- Preparation of design Layout drawings, machine parts & assembly Drawing and detail drawings, flow sheets, quotation drawings, project execution drawings- Preparation of parts list- To design the best solution within project constraints.- To assure the drawing detailing of the final part or final assembly by checking technical standards and verifying that actual machine parts or assembly and meet the needs of customers or clients- To estimate the time required for the project and to negotiate time frames with Team Leader,- Plans own activity within a project and feed record of project in work overview sheet.- Required to maintain all drawing files, update drawing as needed, and make corrections to drawing as directed by the Team Leader- The drawing tasks will include but not limited to; development and maintenance of a drawing numbering system, proper control of revisions received either from an outside contractor, regulatory authority or internally generated requirement.- Drawings shall be properly cataloged, stored, backed-up and all revisions shall be noted in revisions blocks.- Advising the purchasing department on tooling & product purchase & cost control.- Communicating with workshop, Vendors, Customer & suppliers to resolve design issues,
