Combustion Equipment Design and detail engineering. Design of pumping station, Detail Engineering of Static & Rotating Equipments xe2x9dx96 Data sheet & Valve schedule Preparation xe2x9dx96 Mechanical GA Drawing, Equipment layout preparation & Process piping.3. Knowledge in international codes and standards like API-537, API-521 & API-637& ASME.4. Engineering background or a related role.5. Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.6. Knowledge in contract processing, contract management.- Language ability:English is a must.GulfExperience:Preferred not Essential- HSE training courses:Not Applicable strong HSE culture essential- Special skills:v Strong communication skills.v Good Presentation Skills.v To develop an understanding of the sequence of proposal and project management within the organization.v To review Material Requisition / Request For Quotation (RFQ) and highlight potential area(s) of concern.v To operate various supporting design software for process equipment, including PVElite, Autocad, etc..v To schedules in to do list to ensure the proposition is made on time, including any following Technical Clarificationv Develop document/delivery plans and highlights any special submission format and process.v Prepares questions for the potential client based on preliminary evaluation of the Material Requisition and specification.- Medical fitness:Physically fit and suitable for extensive travel to interior/desert locationsJob summary:1. Responsible for developing and editing FlarOmans Mechanical design requirements (Static and Rotating) based on the new project documents.2. To review the TQs/Specifications/RFQs received from various clients including inter-company and provide updates to the respective Project team and while preparing Mechanical Datasheets.3. Prepare relevant datasheets for all Mechanical and Process equipment in the scope of supply.4. In-depth knowledge of International Standards, Specifications, and sound engineering practices is expected.5. Participate in Design Review, HAZOP and other client meetings and close all points inline with the scope document.6. Responsible for reviewing relevant Mechanical Drawings/Documents based on the Project scope by utilizing the drafting resources.7. Be aware of and comply with all relevant Company Quality Procedures.8. Co-operate and participate in Companies Quality Management Systems.9. Follow the Safety policy implemented by the organization.10. Responsible for providing support to Project Teams in delivery of project deliverables for Mechanical discipline.11. Compile Technical Evaluation of Mechanical equipment within the scope.12. Preparation of method of statements/methodology for installation and commissioning documents along with the commissioning team.13. Planning schedule within team for the Engineering works to complete as per Project requirements.14. Preparation of Engineering Deliverables for Mechanical Equipment and Piping.15. Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)16. Design Documents and Drawings Review.17. Preparing Design Calculation for Static Equipment.18. Piping Design and stress Analysis.19. Maintaining ISO quality procedure in all Documentation and records.20.
