Job Description

The Client Relations and Technical Support Executive will be responsible for interacting with clients, conducting inspections, providing technical support, and ensuring the delivery of complex mechanical projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering to understand the technical aspects of projects, and possess excellent communication skills to clearly present complex engineering concepts to clients. This role is crucial in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring the technical success of the projects. The position also requires frequent travel to other company units, offices, and client sites as needed to conduct inspections, provide support, and manage relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Inspections: Conduct client inspections, ensuring that all technical specifications, project progress, and quality standards are met in line with mechanical engineering principles.
• Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, explaining mechanical engineering aspects of the project, sharing project status and addressing any concerns.
• Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and support during the project lifecycle, ensuring clients understand and are satisfied with the technical solutions being delivered.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for all technical and project-related matters.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure client requirements are understood and implemented accurately in the project.
• Problem Solving: Address technical issues or challenges faced by clients and provide effective solutions based on mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical inspections, and project progress.
• Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from clients and report insights to internal teams to enhance future project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to other company units, offices, and client sites as required for inspections, meetings, and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role with a strong emphasis on mechanical engineering projects.
• Mechanical Engineering Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering concepts, products, and processes to effectively communicate technical details to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a technical environment.
• Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex mechanical engineering concepts to non-technical clients.
• Technical Documentation: Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, project reports, and inspection notes.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all client requirements and technical specifications are met accurately.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, inspections, and meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
