Sharadha Skill Academy is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical CAD Trainer to join our team in Vedapatti, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in the fundamentals of Mechanical CAD software, ensuring they acquire hands-on experience and industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for students on various Mechanical CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
• Prepare lesson plans and training material that align with industry standards.
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Organize practical assignments, projects, and assessments to enhance learning.
• Assist in curriculum development and update training modules as required.
• Provide career guidance and support to students, helping them with placement preparation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar.
• Proven experience in training or teaching, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, understandable way.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Mechanical CAD software.
• Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, or group training sessions.
