The Mechanical CAD Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs on mechanical CAD software. The trainer will work with students, engineers, and professionals to enhance their CAD skills and knowledge, ensuring they can effectively use the software for mechanical design projects. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and proficiency in CAD software. Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions (in-person and online) on mechanical CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises tailored to different skill levels.
- Assessment: Evaluate trainees\' progress through tests, assignments, and practical exercises, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
- Support: Offer post-training support to participants, addressing any questions or challenges they encounter while using the software.
- Customization: Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of individuals or organizations, including creating specialized modules for advanced topics.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest developments and features in mechanical CAD software and incorporate these into training programs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
- Collaboration: Work with other trainers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the training program aligns with industry standards and organizational goals.
