Job Summary: The Mechanical Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operation of all mechanical equipment and machinery in the biscuit setup plant. This role ensures that all mechanical systems are functioning efficiently to support production goals while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Management:
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition to minimize downtime.
• Supervision:
• Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians and maintenance staff.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to avoid production delays.
• Implement effective solutions to mechanical problems and document all maintenance activities.
• Installation and Setup:
• Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment in the biscuit plant.
• Ensure all equipment is installed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to mechanical operations.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for mechanical maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement in mechanical processes and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
