1 .As a Periodontist, you'll

1.treat patients who have gum disease and other issues of the gums and bones surrounding the jaw. Y

2.our work may be surgical or non-surgical and might include tasks like developing treatment plans, and providing preventative care.

3.You may also perform cosmetic procedures, including tissue grafts or reductions to alter the way a person's smile looks.

4.Part of your job might also be to help patients resolve issues like tooth sensitivity. You are required to work as part of team Smiline.

5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in your speciality through continuous education and professional development.

2. As a Pedodontist, you will

• Conduct dental examinations and assessments of children to evaluate their oral health and identify any abnormalities or potential issues.
• Provide preventive dental care, including cleaning, fluoride treatments, and sealants, to help children maintain healthy teeth and gums.
• Diagnose and treat dental problems such as cavities, tooth decay, and gum diseases in children using appropriate techniques and procedures.
• Perform dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and space maintainers, ensuring proper technique and patient comfort.
• Monitor and track the growth and development of children's teeth and jaws, identifying any discrepancies or abnormalities that may require orthodontic intervention.
• Educate children and their parents or guardians on proper oral hygiene practices and dietary habits to prevent dental issues and promote overall health.
• Collaborate closely with other dental professionals and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
• Manage and alleviate children's anxiety and fear associated with dental visits using child-friendly approaches and techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuous education and professional development.
