:This is a remote position.We are seeking a talented Operations Developer to join our team and support ourMaster Data Management (MDM) project, specifically focusing on Reltio. Theideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation andoptimization of our MDM platform, contributing to the overall success of our datamanagement initiatives. Exposure to Data Governance principles and experiencewith tools like Collibra will be considered advantageous.Responsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the MDM team to support the configuration, customization, andmaintenance of the Reltio platform.\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues within the MDM environment,ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data governance policiesand procedures within the MDM framework, leveraging Collibra or similar tools.\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in the design and implementation of data quality checks and validation rulesto ensure the accuracy and reliability of master data.\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in the testing and validation of new features, enhancements, and patcheswithin the MDM/Reltio environment.\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to the documentation of operational procedures, system configurations,and troubleshooting guidelines for the MDM platform.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on MDM best practices,usage guidelines, and data governance principles.\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability, scalability, andperformance of the MDM infrastructure.\xef\x82\xb7 Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in MDM, data governance,and related technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.\xef\x82\xb7 Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions to provideinsights and recommendations for optimizing the MDM/Reltio environment.Requirements:\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience (2-5 years) in operations support or development roles,preferably in the context of Master Data Management or similar data managementprojects.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong understanding of MDM concepts and methodologies, with hands-onexperience working with Reltio or similar MDM platforms.\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with data governance principles and experience with tools like Collibraor equivalent data governance platforms.\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and experience withautomation tools for operational tasks.\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technicalissues in a timely manner.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interacteffectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is aplus.\xef\x82\xb7 Certification in Reltio or Collibra is desirable but not mandatory.Work mode: One week of onboarding at Chennai office and later RemoteContract Duration : 3 Months and extendable
