Responsibilities/ Missions:

Key Activities:

This role will be primarily responsible for managing Creation/Modification of Vendor, Customer & Projects in ERP. You will be required to interact with Procurement, construction & projects department for supplier, customer, and project activities.

Business Support

• Validation and processing of creation/modification of Master Data requests (supplier, customer, and Project)
• Maintain process trackers & Dashboards
• SOP management
• Resolving day to day queries of customers / Business Stakeholders
• Maintaining documentation for audits.

Key Interactions:

• Requester / Approvers and Business Stakeholders
• Internal Auditors

Essential:

• Solid customer service / client facing experience
• Exposure in MDM and ERP (preferably Oracle)
• Good communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft office tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in MDM (preferably Oracle ERP)
• Experience of handling complex cases and queries
• Experience in SOP / Process Document Creation.
