The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the integrity of our master data, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, and supporting business operations with accurate and timely data.Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Master Data Management. Oversee the complete lifecycle of master data, including creation and maintenance.- Create and modify supplier records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Maintain product information, including item descriptions, pricing, and specifications.- Update and manage customer records, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Data Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure all master data entries are accurate and completed within the designated timeframes.- Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP platforms for master data management tasks.- Ensure Data Quality consistently for the tasks delivered.QualificationsQualifications:- Education: Bachelor of Commerce or relevant qualification.- 2 to 3 years of experience in master data management, preferably within the wholesale industry.- Hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle ERP platforms is essential.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.- Ability to work proactively and independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Additional InformationCompetencies:- Integrity and Trust: Demonstrates honesty and ethical behavior in all actions.- Customer Focus: Understands customer needs and strives to exceed their expectations.- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.- Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
