The purpose of this role is to deliver accurate and efficient master data processes and finance reports. Job Title: MDM Analyst : Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Handling BAU within agreed SLAs. Responsible for creating change requests. Identifying solution for tickets assigned Responsible to get approvals from the respective stakeholders/teams to implement the solution. Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution Ensure proper recording, documentation & Closure Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) within agreed Turn Around Time (TAT) with accuracy. Ensuring delivery of quality results consistently. Providing production support for the D-365 platform and its integration points with other software and modules. Ensuring business processes are maintained in a non-disruptive manner by liaising with the IT team, for updates, upgrades etc. Ensure proper SOPs have been documented and maintained. Contributes to the delivery of operational projects to support the business Follows the Global Service Management processes (Incident, Change request) to ensure adherence to the global process standards. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience with VSTS tool of Azure Dev-ops, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques Understanding/skills of one/some of the following D-365 and Service now. Strong, vibrant inter-personal skills in both a group and one-to-one settings Experience supporting multiple applications across multiple countries Good understanding of the business goals of the end users and the business in general Strong delivery focus and passion for quality and innovation Location: Bangalore Brand: Bcoe Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Consultant
