Job Description

:1. Creative Development:
o Generate innovative fashion ideas that can be executed across print, digital, video, e-commerce, and events.
o Collaborate with stylists, editors, and the creative team to ensure the inclusion of brands and designers in all projects.
o Discover and promote new design talent and stay updated on the latest initiatives from established brands and designers.
2. Project Management:
o Oversee the fashion execution for editorial and special projects, including the requesting of ready-to-wear (RTW) and accessories.
o Coordinate shoot logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, and model bookings.
o Manage the team\'s workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
3. Collaboration and Networking:
o Work closely with the Global Fashion Network on editorial and special projects as needed.
o Support brand initiatives by integrating them into fashion projects and editorial content.Job Expectations:4. Brand and Editorial Management:
