The hiring is for our Client, Telangana Industrial Health Clinic Limited (TIHCL) @ Hyderabad Revival, re-structuring & rehabilitation of sick or incipient sick units of member manufacturing micro, small enterprises (MSEs) Purpose of this role is social; objective is commercial Lead and manage Company\'s performance, long term market value and team motivation Work with Board for increasing stakeholder value and aligning with Company\'s culture and values Responsibilities P&L; deliver agreed RoI; initiate, implement and deliver on agreed strategic and operational plans Meet or exceed stake-holder expectations; work closely with Board Own core customer value functions - strategy, sales, marketing and commercials Regularly scan market patterns; engage with customers for seeking feedback; do course corrections and drive data-supported actions Develop a rigorous research-based approach to identify \'focus areas\' for TIHCL\'s intervention Business Development (reach to an increasing number of MSEs); systematically expand TIHCL\'s foot-print pan India; Drive external communications and market influencers Plan & execute all up-stream and down-stream tasks involved in securing private equity complying with SEBI & RBI regulations Pursue and successfully conclude investment opportunities already initiated Ensure adherence to agreed compliances, systems, processes, risk-mitigation tactics and such Maintain excellent peer-level relationships within MSME eco-system of State and Nation, Commercial Banks, NBFCs, Industry Associations and Consulting Teams Qualifications Master\'s degree in Arts or Science or Commerce or Finance or Engineering MBA or Executive Management Programs will be an added advantage Total work experience 20-to-25 years; age in the band of 45-to-50; strongly prefer 50 years; [recruitment & selection committee, and, the Board may consider exceptional candidates of lower age] Career stability; not too many short stints, and, many 5 years stints; Proficiency in at least spoken Telugu Min 7-to-8 years in P&L / leadership positions Exposure to a couple of downturns and experience in managing challenges Experience with building teams and leading businesses / divisions Recruiting few of their key teams\' members Significant experience in leading sales management / solutions selling / technical sales and service Exposure to projects & leading key customer engagements Must have delivered consistent results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
