Career growth opportunity with one of India\'s largest Automobile OEM Handle end to end responsibility for the complete product lifecycle of MCU The MCU Component owner is a power electronic expert leading the MCU development for the complete platform, with end to end responsibility for the complete product lifecycle: concept, specification, development and validation. Lead the development of motor control unit based on the vehicle specification Manage the motor control unit development project from concept to industrialization Propose cost-effective solutions for the vehicle drivetrain platforms ensuring compliance to process checklists for both HW and SW Ensure design is as per product requirement and timely completion as per defined targets Ensure that designs and investments meet domestic and global market automotive requirements Investigate new topologies and control algorithms and their suitability for the projects Integrate designs with existing and upcoming vehicle and infrastructure projects Support planning and execution of DVP for motor control units and RCA on failures Create a motor control unit model for complete simulation (thermal, mechanical, electrical) Carry out benchmarking on competitor components The Successful Applicant M.Tech or PhD in Electrical Eng with 6+ years of experience in Automotive industry Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Electric motor control unit (MCU or Inverter) design Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FuSa HW implementation Knowledge of power electronics application design, analysis and simulation with MOSFET and IGBT Knowledge of inverter and control topologies for motor control PMSM, SRM and SynRel motors, gate drivers, PWM controllers, power supply ICs and current and voltage drivers and sensors Experience in embedded design for power electronics, analog and mixed circuit design, schematics and PCB layout design MATLAB and Simulink modelling experience and capability Good in teams coordination and project management What\'s on Offer Career growth opportunity with one of India\'s largest Automobile OEM Handle end to end responsibility for the complete product lifecycle of MCU
