Roles and Responsibilities

Manage field collections by visiting customers, verifying orders, and collecting payments. Conduct cash collection from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions. Identify delinquent accounts and take necessary steps for recovery through payment collection or debt recovery processes. Ensure timely submission of reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required. Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 years of experience in banking collection, credit collection, debt recovery, or related fields. Strong understanding of payment collection procedures and regulations. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle difficult customers effectively. Proficiency in using technology such as laptops/smartphones for data entry and reporting purposes.
