Job Description


Role Summary:As an ASM youll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the overall performance of retail outlets within a designated geographical area, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the area and optimize sales through various retail channels.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor executive staff to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and provide development opportunities.
3. Retail Store Operations:
  • Ensure that all retail outlets within the area adhere to company policies and operational standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to make informed decisions on product positioning and customer experience improvements.
