MBA Marketing & Logistics internship:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.

To conduct market survey for the company.

Perform market analysis and research on competition

Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

Prepare promotional presentations

Help distribute marketing materials

Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Help organize marketing events

MBA HR internship:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Post new positions on websites and job boards.

Assist with screening resumes and applications.

Send offer and regret letters.

Coordinate interviews.

Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information).

Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.

Proofread HR documents.

Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.

Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.

MBA Finance internship:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist with financial modelling.

Provide general accounting support.

Help with accounts receivable management.

Provide support for annual budgeting process.

Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects.

Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team.

Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management.
