Job Summary:

The MBA Sales and Marketing professional will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet organizational goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Market Analysis:
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Promotional Activities:
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for digital and offline campaigns.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Qualifications and Requirements for Both Roles:

• Education: MBA in Sales and Marketing
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools for the respective role
