Profile Introduction:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Sales Manager with a background in MBA Marketing to join our team. This role involves managing and executing field sales strategies, ensuring customer acquisition and retention, and driving sales growth in line with organizational goals. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities, and promoting our products and services in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals.
• Drive efforts to acquire new customers through direct selling, cold calling, and networking.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, and customer needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure product messaging and promotional strategies are aligned with sales objectives.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, track sales activities, and report progress to management.
• Represent the company and promote its products/services to new and existing clients in the field.
Profile Requirements:
• MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in field sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales successfully.
• Strong analytical skills to identify challenges and provide solutions to clients.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
