About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with an MBA and 1-2 years of experience in data analytics to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to help the company make data-driven decisions and provide valuable insights across various business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and solve business problems using data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Conduct data cleansing and data validation to ensure accuracy.
• Use statistical techniques and tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present findings and reports to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist in the creation of business strategies based on data analysis.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• MBA with a focus on Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with programming languages like Python or R.
• Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics.
• Understanding of business metrics and KPIs in a corporate environment.
