Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons for students in grades 6-10.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and instructional materials that meet educational standards and objectives.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Maths education and incorporate innovative teaching methods and tools into the curriculum.
• Provide additional support and tutoring to students who need extra help understanding Maths concepts.
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and academic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in teaching Maths to students in grades 6-10.
• Strong knowledge of Maths concepts, theories, and practical applications appropriate for middle and high school students.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
