Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching mathematics, a B.Ed. degree, and 3-4 years of teaching experience. The successful candidate will inspire and engage students, fostering a love for mathematics while ensuring they achieve their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that align with the ICSE curriculum.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing regular feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Utilize a variety of teaching resources and technologies to enhance learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the mathematics curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in Mathematics.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the ICSE curriculum and educational best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest educational trends.

• Experience in using interactive teaching methods.
• Ability to create and implement innovative lesson plans.
