Job Title: Math Teacher

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Teacher to join our educational institution's faculty. As a Math Teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and educating students in the field of mathematics. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging math lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students develop a strong foundation in mathematical concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:Create and implement a comprehensive, well-structured math curriculum in alignment with educational standards and objectives.
Develop lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities within the classroom.

Instruction:Deliver effective and engaging math lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical literacy.
Use a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience.

Student Assessment:Regularly assess and evaluate student performance to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback.
Administer quizzes, tests, and assignments to measure students' understanding and progress.

Classroom Management:Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and encouraged to participate.
Manage classroom behavior and address any disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.

Individualized Support:Provide additional support and guidance to students who may be struggling with mathematical concepts.
Offer extra help, tutoring, or resources to ensure each student's success.

Parent Communication:Communicate with parents and guardians about their child's progress and areas of improvement.
Attend parent-teacher conferences to discuss student performance and development.

Professional Development:Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, trends in math education, and educational technology.
Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops.

Collaboration:Collaborate with fellow teachers and faculty members to share best practices and create a cohesive educational experience.
Work with colleagues to align curriculum and assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Teaching certification and relevant state or regional licensure.
• Strong knowledge and passion for mathematics, with the ability to teach various math levels and topics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational software.
• Patience and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
• Adaptability and a willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods.

Pay: ?10,089.02 - ?20,292.70 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• HBR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
