> 2 to 3 years of experience with CBSE curriculum.
? Bachelor's degree in Maths (B.A. in Maths or equivalent).
? B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is required.
? In-depth knowledge of Maths.
? Proficiency in using educational technology tools for teaching.
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
? Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed.
? Ability to motivate and inspire students.
? Deliver Maths lessons to students in grades 9 & 10.
? Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
? Assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments
? Create a positive and conducive learning environment.
? Provide constructive feedback and support to students for academic improvement.
? Develop and maintain effective classroom management strategies.
? Organize and participate in school activities - academic and beyond academic, events, and meetings.
? Incorporate multimedia, technology, and modern teaching methods to make learning engaging.
? Provide mentorship and guidance to students regarding their academic and excel in board exams
? Conduct 1 hr study session(s) after school hours for Grade 10 students(twice a week)
? Train students to participate in state, national and international competitions. Ex: English olympiad
? Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and behavior.
? Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to ensure the success of students.
? Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in teaching Maths.
? Understand the systems of the school and adapt accordingly
? Make use of the professional development opportunities effectively and contribute efficiently during subject meetings to upgrade proficiency in students.
