Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physics Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physics and a proven track record of successfully preparing students for NEET, JEE, and IIT entrance exams. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and fostering a conducive learning environment.

• Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons tailored to the JEE and IIT syllabus requirements.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and update comprehensive study materials, test series, and practice papers.
• Student Mentorship: Provide personalised guidance and mentorship to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and build confidence.
• Performance Tracking: Assess and monitor students' progress through regular tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• Doubt Clearing Sessions: Conduct regular doubt clearing sessions to ensure students have a thorough understanding of the subject.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience and share best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field from a reputed university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in JEE and IIT coaching.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the JEE and IIT Mathematics syllabus and exam patterns.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex concepts, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion: A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
