Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Math Tutor to support students in achieving
academic success in mathematics. As a Math Tutor, you will provide tutoring, mentorship,
and guidance to students enrolled in Kalvium courses at our partner universities. The ideal
candidate will have a strong maths background, excellent communication skills, and a
commitment to student-centred learning.



Key Responsibilities: • Provide tutoring in mathematics to students in various courses aligned with Kalvium's

curriculum.
• Offer support in understanding and mastering concepts in areas such as calculus,

linear algebra, probability, and statistics, as required.
• Develop and conduct workshops, study sessions, and review classes to assist

students in meeting course requirements.
• Collaborate with faculty and instructional teams to identify students' needs and

create customised learning plans.
• Monitor students' progress and provide timely feedback and encouragement.
• Assist in the development of maths-related educational content and resources for

use across Kalvium courses.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and tutor sessions.

Qualifications: • Master's degree in Mathematics.
• Prior experience as a maths tutor, teacher, or teaching assistant at the university or

college level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of calculus, linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching techniques to different learning styles and academic needs.
• Commitment to student success and academic excellence.



Location, timing, and pay: Location: On-Campus
Timings: 6-days a week, 9 am to 6.30 pm
Job Type: 3 months probation followed by full-time conversion based on
performance
Pay: CTC: 5LPA (4.5LPA Fixed + 50K Performance Bonus)
