Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Math Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Math subjects, a commitment to fostering critical thinking skills, and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. The Math Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and promoting a positive and respectful classroom culture.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development:
• Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Integrate diverse teaching methodologies, technology, and real-world examples to enhance student understanding.
• Classroom Instruction:
• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, discussions, and activities.
• Foster a student-centered learning environment that encourages critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate student progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Classroom Management:
• Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Effectively manage classroom behavior and create a respectful learning environment.
• Professional Development:
• Stay informed about educational best practices, curriculum changes, and advancements in the field.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Math, or a related field.
• Teaching certification/license.
• Proven experience as a Math Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of Math subjects and curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
