Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Math Curriculum Developer to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics education, curriculum design, and instructional strategies. You will be responsible for developing math curricula, lesson plans, and educational resources that align with educational standards and meet the needs of diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive math curricula for different educational levels, including K-12 and higher education.
• Lesson Planning: Create detailed lesson plans, activities, and assessments that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Resource Creation: Develop instructional materials, including textbooks, workbooks, digital content, and multimedia resources.
• Standards Alignment: Ensure all curricula and materials align with national and state educational standards and guidelines.
• Assessment Design: Create formative and summative assessments to evaluate student learning and curriculum effectiveness.
• Research and Analysis: Stay updated on current educational research, trends, and best practices in math education to inform curriculum development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the curriculum.
• Professional Development: Provide training and support to educators on implementing the curriculum and using instructional materials effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and revise curricula based on feedback, assessment data, and evolving educational standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, particularly in mathematics education.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of math concepts and teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in educational technology and digital content creation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Certifications: Teaching certification or relevant credentials in math education is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• US shift
• Weekend availability
