Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Revenue Generation
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for all interior materials.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Product Expertise & Presentation
• Provide detailed information about the materials offered, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and recommend solutions tailored to client preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate sample distribution.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, including architects, contractors, and homeowners.
• Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive post-sale experience.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to management for product development and strategy improvements.
• Operational Coordination
• Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain records of customer orders, payments, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management team.
